ACCOUNT PAYABLE OFFICER

Finance Department

Our Finance Department is seeking an energetic and experienced professional to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Account Payable Officer, the successful person will be a proven team player, passionate about business and have sound experience in Accountancy.

Work Location:

Nusa Dua - Bali

Responsibilities:

Manage, supervise and execute the accounts payable process;
Prepare bank reconciliation and support details of account;
Reconcile daily, weekly and monthly statement of accounts in the account receivable ledger;
Identify and maintain all debtor transactions in the most complete and timely manner;
Monitor and review bank statement and related system reports for accuracy and completeness;
Resolve accounting discrepancies;
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Preferably domicile in Bali.
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!!)
Minimum 1 year experience in Finance & Accounting field;
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and computerized accounting systems (preferably Sun Systems);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia are also essential;
